Arrest reports from the Akron Police Department, compiled March 17:
• A Saxon Avenue man, 35, was charged with breaking and entering after police found him in the basement of a vacant house.
• A 19-year-old man was charged with rape, sexual battery and theft. Police said the man and an accomplice visited the victim and brought a bottle of alcohol. After several shots of alcohol, the victim went to bed. The suspects then entered the bedroom and forced the victim to have sex with them, police said. The suspects then took her phone and laptop computer and left the apartment.
